Do you want to create the future of dairy? As a Talent Acquisition Manager you belong to the Talent Acquisition Team and will be responsible for employer branding, recruitment and selection, assessment as well as on-boarding.
You attract and select the key employees of the future
We´re looking for an experienced recruiter and leader for a temp cover until December 2018, starting ASAP. You´ll start as a recruiter reporting to our Talent Acquisition Manager in Sweden, in November you´ll cover for the manager during one-year parental leave and will then have one-two recruiters reporting to you.
You will be based in Stockholm and your primary responsibilities will include recruitments of the best people for Arla and taking part in the employer branding activities. Applying your skills, you provide our line managers with high quality expert advice and ensure that the entire recruitment process is handled professionally, swiftly and successfully.
You will handle everything from analyzing the job and candidate profile to choosing advertising media, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews and tests and finally selecting the right candidate for the job in close cooperation with the hiring manager.
Another important part of your job will be to secure that we always have the right talents ready for hire. Starting in November, you will be responsible for employer branding activities for Sweden and follow up on these in order to secure that we are always perceived as an employer of choice.
Although your primary focus will be on the day-to-day management and recruitment of managers and specialists in Sweden, you will also be responsible for implementing local recruitment and employer branding strategies in close alignment with our global policies and processes. Last, but not least you secure a close communication with your internal and external stakeholders.

Vast experience with recruitment and employer branding
You have a Master’s degree and minimum 5-6 years’ experience of recruiting and assessing leaders and specialists, either from a similar position in a global company or from a consultancy firm. You are a gifted and inspiring leader capable of setting direction and motivating employees to deliver. Minimum 2-3 years’ leadership experience is a must.
With your empathy and strong business understanding you are able to establish relations at all levels and ensure an optimal recruitment process. You are persistent and have a strong drive and a personal impact that enables you to achieve the goals that you set your mind to. Finally, you must have a high level of proficiency in written and spoken Swedish and English.
