Talent Acquisition in Arla is responsible for recruitment, search and selection, assessment and graduate programmes. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain essential experience within the Talent Acquisition agenda and use this as a stepping stone for a promising career in HR, Leadership or Consultancy.

Applying your skills, you provide our line managers with high-quality expert advice and ensure that the entire recruitment process is handled professionally, swiftly and successfully. You will handle everything from sourcing of candidates, ensuring a proactive, tailored and meaningful candidate engagement, analysing vacancies and candidate profiles to choosing media channels for advertising, conducting interviews and tests and finally selecting the right candidate for the job in close cooperation with the hiring manager.

For this position, the focus will be on search and recruitment of managers and specialists in Sweden but you will also be involved in HR projects. Last but not least, you will secure close communication with your internal and external stakeholders and have a close collaboration with talented and enthusiastic colleagues placed in countries such as Denmark, UK, Germany, Poland, Dubai and Netherlands.

Partnering with the business

You have a university degree within HR, Psychology or Economics and minimum 3-4 years’ experience of search and recruitment, either from a similar position in a global company or from a consultancy firm. You are a gifted, dedicated and inspiring colleague who delivers high quality within deadline.

Your empathy and strong business understanding enables you to establish relationships at all levels and ensure an optimal recruitment process. You are persistent and have a strong drive and a personal impact. You can work both independently as well as in a team and experienced with driving and managing your own projects. Finally, you must hold a high level of proficiency in written and spoken English.

Swedish is an advantage but not a must.
