Are you looking for an opportunity to develop and strengthen the operations of our IT organisation?
At Arla Foods we are looking for an IT profile who will secure the delivery of services from our IT vendors to the business. We operate globally in a multifaceted IT landscape based on SAP and covering Microsoft Platforms, Citrix and Cloud. Your new location of work is in Aarhus.
Trouble-shooter and link between Arla’s business and IT vendors
You will be responsible for securing the operations and day-to-day deliveries for Arla’s Cloud and datacentre services globally. In close collaboration with our IT vendors you make sure that the services fully comply with the SLAs and that we proactively seek to prevent potential failures and control baselines of running services. As such, you make sure that our solutions are optimal and helps enabling the business. Sometimes this will require optimisation of work processes and systems, and here you will be the one launching and seeing the initiatives through.
Anticipate a truly independent position where you will get to leave your mark on a complex, outsourced IT vendor setup. You can enjoy a wide surface of contact, internally and externally, in an environment where no two days are the same.
Experienced with a strong focus on Cloud and with personal impact
You have a relevant degree combined with solid experience within Cloud services and on-premise infrastructure. We expect widespread knowledge within cloud solutions as Azure and AWS covering services ranging from IaaS, PaaS to SaaS and experience in optimising these.
The cloud responsibilities will be handled in collaboration with your colleagues in the team and our vendor.
Being a strong communicator, you can convey your messages to colleagues and vendors in a clear and convincing manner. You are known for your persistency in relation to finding the best possible solutions, and you take on a proactive approach in doing so.
Your cooperation skills and flexible attitude make you a highly appreciated colleague and good at building relations. You thrive in an independent role where you rely on your sense of structure and keen analytical skills. If you are also ready to be part of a changing environment, you are well on your way to becoming our new colleague. Lastly, you have a strong command of written and spoken English and at least one of the Scandinavian languages.
