Then you could be the future Senior Site Director for Arla Foods ARINCO, located in Videbæk, Denmark. You will be heading 400 employees and will be standing in front of a highly complex production flow. In ARINCO we manufacture for Arla brands, such as Baby & Me, and also do contract manufacturing of child nutrition products for some of the largest companies in the world.

AFI produces and markets child nutrition products as well as specialized ingredients for the global child nutrition, medical nutrition, sports nutrition and functional food industry.

Responsibility for daily operations and passionate leadership
As our new Senior Site Director, you will be the key player who ensures a continued development of the site, with the ultimate responsibility for meeting business plans, budgets and production requirements.
In collaboration with your leadership team, you contribute to maintain and further optimise our technologies and processes. A prerequisite is to ensure a good and safe working environment where employee satisfaction, cross functional collaboration and people development are paramount. Furthermore, it will be your responsibility to lead, coach and develop the leadership team at the site.

Experienced leader with natural authority and innovative mindset
You have a relevant degree within food science, engineering or similar and/or corresponding practical experience from the food or pharma industry. As such, you have a broad technical knowledge as well as knowledge of quality management with an emphasis on hygiene and food safety. In addition, the position requires well-developed business understanding, combined with an insight into business economics as well as budgeting. You can communicate in English and Danish in both speech and writing.
