Then join Arla Foods’ newly established Global Rewards team as a Senior Rewards Manager, responsible for driving and developing Arla Food’s Corporate Reward Strategy. This covers all aspects of Reward from developing policies, designing Reward tools to executing existing programs. You will be based at our headquarters in Aarhus; alternatively in Copenhagen.

Drive reward development and implementation to support the strategic direction
In this position, you are responsible of continuously developing and improving the implementation and execution of the global reward agenda with a distinct aim of making sure that the reward strategy supports our strategic direction. This may entail professional backbone concept designs for position evaluations (IPE), the Global Arla Job Catalogue, base pay management, bonus program development etc. You will be the owner of several global reward processes and elements planning of the annual processes, review process execution; setting direction for the preparation; communication, training; process and follow-up. A key task will be to actively participate in the development and anchoring of rewards concepts, policies and processes throughout the global Reward community and support, spar and challenge HR Business Partners and Senior Managers in all reward elements and governance hereof.
Experienced reward specialist with business acumen
You are passionate about the reward area of HR and hold a Master’s degree in HR, Economics or similar. Besides, you have been working for at least 6 years within the area in an international organisation, at specialist/senior specialist level. This has provided you with a strong understanding of business and how to work with multiple stakeholders at all levels in a global setting. You have in depth knowledge of all reward elements. You have excellent IT skills and an advanced understanding of mathematics. You have the ability to see through numbers, to provide “to the point” conclusions and presentations for decisions with high impact.
You are fluent in written and spoken English, and with your solid project management skills you are able to drive implementation of revised concepts, processes and tools. You are an excellent communicator and thrive in the role as a trainer/advisor. Additionally, you are self-driven, energetic and with a distinct professional attitude and an understanding of the necessity to require business acumen to succeed in the role as Senior Reward Manager.
