You find the key employees of the future
From your base in Gdansk, Poland, your primary responsibility will be to source, recruit and select the best possible employees for Arla. More specifically, you will oversee all recruitment activities within one or more key business areas (like IT, F&A). Applying your skills, you provide our line managers with high-quality expert advice and ensure that the entire recruitment process is handled professionally, swiftly and successfully. You will handle everything from analysingthe job and candidate profile to choosing advertising media, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews and tests and finally selecting the right candidate for the job in close cooperation with the hiring manager.
Although your primary focus will be on recruitment, you can also expect to be involved in HR projects and activities like employer branding. This could mean participating in job fairs as one of many ways to proactively build a pipeline of relevant candidates to the business.

Your background and interest for HR may derive from similar position within SSC/BPO industry. It is crucial that you have at least 3 – 5 years’ experience in recruitment for IT, F&A, SD roles and very good knowledge of HR processes and current labour market. Practical knowledge of ATS would be an asset.
As you will be handling many recruitments, you need to be able to keep cool and stay on top of your tasks, even though the pace may be high and the deadlines short. Finally, you have excellent English skills, written as well as spoken.
