As part of the Global People Development team, you help support and develop all employees in Arla globally. We are on an exciting journey, where our approach to people development has undergone significant changes. For an external candidate, this position will potentially be a very strong position that can open many doors to a future HR career. What´s in it for you

Your primary responsibility will be to act as a subject matter expert and process owner within onboarding and learning. You will be working closely with colleagues in HR Information Systems, IT, and Shared Service centre in Gdansk. Your primary role is to be a process owner but you also should expect to be involved in other projects within the Global People Development portfolio.

You will be part of a talented and enthusiastic team of colleagues placed in Denmark. The position will be limited to approximately 1 year starting in the fall 2019 with hopefully great opportunities within Arla Foods afterwards.  

The key responsibilities are:

  • Proactive ownership of the learning process in Arla, with special focus on the collaboration with our Shared Service Center in Gdansk
  • Ensure that our Global onboarding process is continuously optimised
  • Ownership of parts of the learning portfolio
  • Contribute to cross-departmental projects within Global People Development

A proactive and structured person with the capacity execute.
The ideal candidate for the position has 3+ years of experience from a similar position in Arla Foods or another international organization, and wants to further pursue an exciting career within HR.

As a person, you are not afraid of taking initiatives, when you see a possibility to improve existing processes. You thrive in an environment where you need to manage multiple situations at once and stay on top of your tasks even though the pace may be high and the deadlines short. You work in a structured way with your stakeholders, but is able to show flexibility when needed, in order to accommodate for critical business needs. You are highly motivated by successful implementation of plans and concepts.

Finally, your strong interpersonal skills enable you to collaborate with a multitude of different stakeholders.

We expect that you are fluent in English, have excellent communication skills and know how to make an effective PowerPoint presentation.
