Senior Mobility Consultant - Aarhus

Do you want to move your global mobility expertise into a company with increasing global mobility activities? Then become our new Senior Mobility Consultant. You will be part of a highly specialised function responsible for supporting a global organization with all things concerning the global mobility of our 19,000 present and new colleagues. You will be based at our headquarters in Aarhus and join a team of 6 colleagues.

The position

We offer you a challenging and highly dynamic position with many international touch points, where you:

  • manage varying and complex calculations and contractual duties, vendor agreements that support the global mobility framework
  • drive mobility activities between our international functions and zones
  • make a solid contribution to Arla’s internationalization agenda

You will be the overall responsible for global mobility for a certain business area where you manage global mobility activities from A to Z. You will also be managing some of our vendors and processes in global mobility, and be overall responsible for contact and coordination of their services into our team.

As a Senior Mobility Consultant in Arla you are responsible for defining remuneration packages for colleagues going on assignments. You conduct information meetings with the assignee where the remuneration package is presented as well as support the family/assignee in general during the assignment period. Other tasks include liaison with our tax, social security, payroll and relocation advisors to ensure legal compliance.

Your background and experience

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree presumably within Economics, Finance or perhaps Law, and minimum 2 years of experience working with Global Mobility in a multinational company or with an agency providing consultancy within the mobility area.

You have a good understanding of figures, you are well-structured and have a systematic approach when solving tasks. Thanks you your consultancy mind-set and customer focus, you are driven by providing value-adding advice and support to stakeholders, and you always strive to deliver the best possible solution on time. 

You are an excellent communicator and service oriented in supporting the assignee as well as the business area. Showing initiative and contributing with your input on improving processes etc. in the team comes natural to you, and you thrive in a dynamic environment with many ongoing tasks and you are good at keeping the overview. Due to the extensive contact with international stakeholders you must have a high level of written and spoken English.
