If so, you might just be one of our new internal Mobility experts in Arla Foods’ Global Rewards team. You will join a department where we are responsible for compensation, variable pay, benefits, Reward governance, contract management as well as expatriation and repatriation.
Based in Aarhus, you will impact the continued creation of a state-of-the-art mobility function and contribute to ensure that employees moving across borders at Arla receives state-of-the-art mobility services
Manage the expatriate experience
You will be a very important player within the mobility area and a key interface between the global HR community, the business and our suppliers. Your job is to provide support in all mobility matters (e.g. related to global taxation, social security, immigration, compensation, expectation setting, vendor management etc.). You will manage and coordinate individual cases within defined areas, e.g. preparing assignment packages, contracts and calculations. You will also lead different mobility-related projects, and you make sure to keep a rein on selected external suppliers in relation to service level agreements, status meetings and reporting.
On an ongoing basis, you focus on identifying policy and process improvement activities to ensure a consistently high level of compliance. At all times, you focus on securing your relationships to all stakeholders, as well as you keep yourself at the forefront of the development within global mobility. Reporting to the Senior Director heading up Global Rewards, you will become part of a talented and enthusiastic team of colleagues.
MSc in Law, Economics, HR or similar with vast knowledge of mobility matters
Your track record must display 4-5 years’ experience working with mobility, providing you with a solid all-round understanding of the employment lifecycle and deep insights into key mobility components. This is supplemented with experience of developing and implementing policies and backed by an MSc, e.g. in Law, Economics or HR. You have acquired your experience from a major, international company or consultancy firm. Moreover, you work well on both the strategic and the operational level, and you are highly organised and able to make firm prioritisations. As a person you are a strong communicator and negotiator who excels at stakeholder management, particularly at senior level, and you are exceptionally good at capturing cultural differences. Lastly, you thrive working independently in a high-paced environment where you get to use your outstanding English skills every day.
