Responsibility for brand growth strategy and global brand activation toolbox
You will join the Milk Based Beverage brand team at Arla’s headquarters in Aarhus, where you in close collaboration with our license partner will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic growth plan for the brand as well as development of the global communication toolbox. You will also follow up on brand and Innovation launch performance and continuously work to optimise the global toolbox to ensure effectiveness and high ROI. :
- Develop brand growth strategy across all 3 Starbucks platforms in coorperation with our license partner and securing strong alignment across key stakeholders
- Define annual global brand plans ensuring alignment across all key stakeholders
- Drive total Starbucks performance across markets by implementing our global strategy, securing strong buy-in, alignment and ambitious brand plans
- Develop strong 360 global toolbox for current brand platforms and innovations
- Work closely with innovation to ensure strong execution of new launches
Solid commercial background and experience in working with branded beverages
You are an experience brand marketer with a track record of strong communication and activation development that have successfully delivered growth. Results-oriented with a track record of successfully driving brand development that makes a positive change for the business. Ideally you have experience from working both locally and globally. You have experience with executing innovations from both a consumer, shopper and customer perspective. Moreover, you have proven that you are a strong relationship builder and can successfully navigate a global matrix organization. You have a strong background in working with global FMCG brands. Equally important, you speak and write English fluently.
On a personal level, you have a strong combination of strategic thinking and a creative mind. In line with this, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and collaborating with creative agencies comes naturally to you.
