As the Senior Global Brand Manager Lurpak®, based in Arla Food’s global headquarters in Aarhus Denmark, you will work alongside 4 passionate marketers. Reporting to the Global Brand VP, you will have a global perspective when driving this iconic brand from strategy to implementation of new initiatives. Lurpak® has an ambitious growth agenda based on geographical expansion as well as continued growth in its core markets. In this role, you will have maximum visibility throughout the organisation and equal impact.
Responsibility for global brand strategy, campaign development and performance in two key Lurpak® markets
As Senior Global Brand Manager for Lurpak®, you will create profitable growth for the brand across the globe – with a specific focus on two of the most important Lurpak® markets. In close cooperation with the local brand teams, agency partners as well as the global NPD and Product Management teams, you identify new growth opportunities and develop solutions that further strengthen the Lurpak® brand and its position in the market.
In overview, your primary tasks will be to:
- Contribute to global brand vision, strategy and plans
- Develop global campaigns from briefing stage to delivery of final communication assets in the form of global 360 campaign toolkits (ATL and BTL)
- Partner with other Lurpak® Global Brand Managers to create marketing mixes that work across geographies
- Act as Business Partner to two of our key Lurpak® markets to ensure their strong plans are aligned with the global brand strategy
- Follow up on performance in your markets and champion corrective actions
- Secure strategic alignment across key stakeholders
- Manage and lead external agency relationships
Ambitious brand champion with excellent commercial flair
You hold a degree in Marketing, Business Economics or similar and have between 5 and 10 years’ brand management experience. You are passionate about brands and enjoy the entire journey from gathering consumer insights through strategy development to creating breakthrough communication and innovation. You have strong strategic and analytical skills combined with a global and outgoing mind-set that enables you to work with people across cultures and to create strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders. You are commercially driven, and you know how to translate consumer needs into measurable business results.
