Are you a highly gifted strategy and commercial professional, who can set the direction for Milk Based Beverages? Then you could be the person we are looking for as Senior Commercial Development Manager.
You will join a dedicated group of sales and marketing professionals who create the basis for our brands and partner brands – e. g. Cocio, Pucko, Arla, Matilde and license brands like Starbucks etc. Through you and your work within the matrix organisation, we drive the daily business and build strong brands and bring new innovations to the marketplace.
The position reports to Lillie Li Valeur, VP Milk Based Beverages Business Unit and will be based at our headquater in Aarhus, Denmark.
Plan and execute the strategy for well-known and still to be known brands
As Senior Commercial Development Manager you will be operationally responsible for leading activities in identifying, analyzing and establishing commercial opportunities supporting the strategic ambition of Milk Based Beverages. As such you will focus on the development for the future as well as the ongoing execution of plans, by conducting regional, global or key market studies to identiy and manage commercially-driven opportunities. You will also lead the process to identify potential game change opportunities, and lead selected key projects or must-win-batters afterwards.
Your prime objectives will be to manage complex or large research and analysis projects or commercial challenges, evaluate findings, prepare presentations and make recommendations to the leadership team to improve commercial operations and deliver the strategic growth ambition.
Excellent and extensive strategy and business development skills
You know the ins and outs of commercial and marketing processes and you have at least 5 years’ FMCG experience, preferable food and beverage industry experience.
You have filled your toolbox with a wide range of solid standard and modern tools and knowhow to operate in a sales and marketing matrix set-up. You have sharpened your business talent in a job as Consulant or Business Devevelopment Manager in an FMCG company.
This background has given you the skills to bring our products to market and drive well-known consumer brands to further success. You excel in the relationship building discipline and thrive in the role as initiator and the mastermind behind your activities.
Moreover, you have an open and positive mindset, a communicative behavior and proficiency in written and spoken English. If you have experience with beverages, it will be seen as an advantage.
