As the Senior Brand Manager EU Arla LactoFREE®, you will collaborate closely with the LactoFREE Director on delivering the growth ambitions, having an EU perspective when driving this subbrand from strategy to implementation of new initiatives.

Arla LactoFREE is on an exciting point in the journey of brining the subbrand to life. In this journey you identify new growth opportunities and develop solutions that further drive penetration and strengthen Arla LactoFREE and its position in the markets. You do this in close cooperation with the local brand teams, agency partners, Supply Chain, Finance, Insights as well as the global NPD and Product Management teams. In overview, your primary tasks will be to:
- Contribute to overall brand vision, strategy and plans
- Lead or lead others in
- EU campaigns from briefing stage to delivery of final communication assets in the form of 360 campaign toolkits (ATL and BTL)
- Innovation to ensure strong product pipeline
- Delivering strong business plans aligned with the overall brand strategy
- Follow up on performance in EU markets and champion corrective actions
- Secure strategic alignment across key stakeholders
- Manage and lead external agency relationships
Ambitious brand champion with excellent commercial flair
You hold a degree in Marketing, Business Economics or similar and have between 5 and 10 years’ brand management experience. You are passionate about brands and enjoy the entire journey from gathering consumer insights through strategy development to creating break-through communication and innovation. You have strong strategic and analytical skills combined with a global and outgoing mind-set that enables you to work with people across cultures and to create strong relationships and build commitment with all relevant stakeholders. You are commercially driven, and you know how to translate consumer needs into measurable business results.
