You will join our IT Solutions team with colleagues located in Denmark, Germany, Poland and UK.
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join us in Aarhus for the Business Automation & Employee Self Service (BAESS) release train (programme). The BAESS train is deliver-ing to Arla’s HR, Finance & Legal functions with the vision to empower our supporting functions to provide employees with digital tools for core processes. The Scrum Master will be supporting on train as well as on team level.

As a Scrum Master you empower the team working with HR and Finance related application such as SAP, SuccessFactors and ServiceNow. You will be a key player in our organisation facilitating the agile processes by closely working together with team members, Product Owner, Release Train Architect and Engineer; having the surround-ing organization as your interesting parties.
You have passion for truly agile working and are a team player, who takes pride in facilitating the required discussion to ensure focus on creating value and solving complex dilemmas.
More specifically, your responsibility includes:
- Facilitating the daily scrum meeting – focusing on eliminating impediments and ensuring an effective agile process
- Ensuring user stories are well defined and understandable for the team members and bring value to the objectives
- Coach the team and ensure truly agile thinking and approach aiming for a high performance team
- Ensuring team reporting to relevant key persons
- Participate in PI-planning and demos
- In addition to the Scrum Master role, it is expected that you can supplement one or more other professional areas

You are persistent and have focus on cooperation between many different profiles, both on professional and personal level. You are good at creating results through teamwork. Simultaneously, you become part of an ambitious and knowledgeable Train, challenging your decisions and providing guidance on running the team in the SAFe setup.
Our stakeholder environment is complex, spanning different departments, countries and cultures. You have great facilitation skills and thrive engaging within this setup where English is the common language.
We would expect a relevant masters degree and at least 2-3 years of working experience, ideally within an IT Area. Your strong IT knowledge/mindset gives you the ability to link IT, business need to business benefits. Preferably, you have experience of working as a Scrum Master (or similar) in an agile setup.
