Develop and boost sales in Saudi Arabia
As Sales Director for the vital and rapidly growing markets in Saudi Arabia you will have overall responsibility for sales, forecasts and expenses. Your success is measured by your ability to improve sales of Arla products in the Country and includes maximisation of sales efficiency performance and continuous monitoring of forecast and expenses as well as customer sales potential. You will evaluate the business development and point out focus areas to assure continued development of the business. Another area of responsibility will be to develop new customers and make sure that the relation to existing customers’ is strengthened with the aim to promote sales. To secure the right spirit, comprehension and appreciation of Arla Foods’ values among your team, you instruct, coach and guide your colleagues in the right direction. You do this e.g. through dialogue and follow-up on individual and shared targets.
Excellent sales expert with ambitions and drive
You have substantial sales and management experience and are driven by fostering the ideas, initiatives and activities that are launched to boost sales. You are used to negotiating with people at all organizational levels, and your determined and firm attitude makes you a reliable and trustworthy business partner for your customers.
You have at least 8 years’ management experience from a sales and preferably FMCG environment. You are ambitious and high-spirited and know how to inspire, coach and motivate your team to perform high-class results, and you know that the very best results are created through a high service level. Besides good communication skills and open and extrovert manners, you possess an excellent ability to make solid and long-lasting relations with customers.
