Do you want to create the future of dairy? Then we have a position for you within recruitment team in Global HR Operational Services Talent Acquisition. We are responsible for employer branding, recruitment, on-boarding as well as graduate and talent programmes.

You find the key employees of the future
From your base in Gdansk, Poland, your primary responsibility will be to source, recruit and select the best possible employees for Arla. More specifically, you will be in charge of all recruitment activities within one or more key business areas. Applying your skills, you provide our line managers with high-quality expert advice and ensure that the entire recruitment process is handled professionally and successfully. You will handle everything from analysing the job and candidate profile to choosing advertising media, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews and tests and finally selecting the right candidate for the job in close cooperation with the hiring manager.

Although your primary focus will be on recruitment, you can also expect to be involved in HR projects and activities as for instance employer branding. This could mean participating in job fairs as one of many ways to proactively build a pipeline of relevant candidates to the business.

HR experience
Your background and interest for HR may derive from similar position within SSC/BPO industry.  It is crucial that you have experience in recruitment (F&A, Customer service, technical roles) and very good knowledge of HR processes and current labour market. Practical knowledge of ATS would be an asset (we use SuccessFactors).

As you will be handling a large number of recruitments, you need to be able to keep cool and stay on top of your tasks. At the same time – being a true team member, supporting colleagues and caring about work atmosphere in a team. Finally, you have excellent English skills, written as well as spoken.
