Lead optimisation, implementation and investment projects to enhance our efficiency on bottom line
Your job will be to lead a variety of investment activities in alignment with the defined project model. To this end, you will have close collaboration with colleagues in the production, packing and quality area, and across various departments. Lean is a natural part of our workday, and you will be responsible for implementing the improvement initiatives and ensuring proper documentation of the investments and optimisations. Maintaining a thriving Lean culture, you will also contribute to different activities and projects that support the use of Lean tools. In this way, you help promote efficiency and quality across the site.
All in all, you identify new opportunities in technology that can help make our processes more standardised and effective.
You will report to the Head of Department and have a wide contact surface including colleagues working with production, QEHS, maintenance, product management, etc.
