Project Manager for Member & Customer Programmes (12 month contract), Aarhus

Are you a skilled and experienced Project Manager? Do you have an international mindset with the ability to engage with stakeholders to drive a strategic agenda? Then join us as a Project Manager in our Member & Customer Programmes organisation, working to improve quality systems with our farmer owners.

Implement new tools and drive a project portfolio

To cover a period of maternity leave, we require a highly skilled Project Manager to join the Member & Customer Programmes (MCP) team on a 12 month fixed term contract. As a farmer owned co-operative, our member relations organisation works to achieve high standards of quality and processes in line with our Arlagården framework.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning and management of a project portfolio including development of decision material and driving implementation globally. We are working on many exciting projects such as Arlagården Plus, the 2nd generation of our quality programme and supporting program development on a Business Transformation project. You will continue the good work of our existing Project Manager, working and upskilling all colleagues in MCP in new project management processes and tools to a level where they can work with it independently.

You will develop the new tools and processes, ensure they are embedded in MCP projects and be the super user to train and develop teams using Agile methodology.

Drive change and anchor our projects

We require a highly skilled and engaging Project Manager who is comfortable driving change, challenging the status quo and able to anchor the projects into the business. This role is not just about delivering the projects, but also implementing new tools and processes so your people skills are key. You will have a relevant education and work experience, however we do not need any specific food or agricultural experience. Experience within digitalisation would be preferred. You must have fluent English skills with strong communication and influencing capabilities in order to deliver our objectives.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. However there would be a possibility for this to go permanent in the future.
