You will be based in Aarhus and should expect 25 travel days per year. 

Set your mark on finance strategy and execution across Arla Foods
As our new Project Manager you will play an important role in our Global Finance Programme Office. You will scope, plan and organise various projects across our business spanning from harmonisation and automation of processes, IT-tool development and implementation to strategic projects. The position offers you an excellent opportunity to further build on your business development and project management toolbox and to set your mark on the execution and development of Arla Foods’ finance agenda.

You will drive finance projects and make sure that we deliver our projects on time and of high quality while securing commitment from our stakeholders, both locally and at our headquarters. Also, you will be responsible for providing on-the-job coaching and guidance of your project team members to ensure that they are all heading in the right direction and continuously building new skills and insights.

Project management and business development background
You have a business or finance degree at Master’s level or similar and 5+ years’ experience as project manager with a proven record of strong delivering, preferably from an international company or consulting company. Your analytical approach and strategic mind-set combined with your strong project management skills enable you to lead projects independently, drive positive change management and achieve results when working under pressure.

You are a self-starting team player with strong personal drive and ambition, a good sense of humour and comfortable with challenging the “status quo”. Moreover, you should be a skilled communicator and change agent with an extrovert attitude and an open mind as you will be working across many cultures and stakeholders. Your level of drive lies above average and at the same time you are aware that change management requires good and balanced stakeholder skills. As you will be working globally, you must have a high level of proficiency in spoken and written English.
