Product Manager, Nijkerk
In this position you will be located at the dairy in Nijkerk and report to our Senior Manager, Global Yogurt & Powder Product Management, in Denmark. Your overall responsibility will be managing and optimizing our yogurt and fermented dairy portfolio produced at Nijkerk Dairy. You will be product management responsible for both the domestic and other European markets. You will be the primary point of contact when marketing and sales organizations have requests regarding new concepts, products and packaging. In addition, you will have the responsibility for securing that we get the right product to the right cost and at the right time.
In a highly visible role, you will provide your knowledge and make sure that marketing and supply chain priorities align. You will also be the hub between the dairies, marketing department and local sales units – all to create smooth coordination and cooperation across the organization. Another part of your responsibility will be to manage and take part in projects regarding new initiatives as well as aligning and optimizing our assortment. Also, you will be anchoring global ways of working and by doing that, drive the needed change. Proactive and curious leader with experience in product management
You hold a Bachelor- or Master’s degree in a relevant field, with minimum 3 years of experience in product and project management –preferably from an FMCG or retail environment. Strong skills in stakeholder management is critical. Experience in SAP is also a clear advantage. Your background provides a sound business understanding, change management skills and a solid analytical foundation. Proficiency in English is a must, written and spoken alike.
You have a curious, proactive mindset and use your skills to navigate within a large matrix organization, constantly in search for continuous improvement. Paying strong attention to detail while having a structured approach to your work, you thrive when working with many tasks simultaneously. Last, but not least, you are engaged, positive and service-minded.
