We are looking for a Product and Brand Manager for the BSM category (Butter, Spreads, Margarine) in Arla Denmark. You will take on a broad role from securing high quality product data to the development of communication assets for both ATL and BTL for iconic Danish brands. You will be based in Aarhus (Viby) and report to the Senior category manager for Speciality Cheese & BSM, Christian Qvirin Lang.
A broad range of tasks within marketing and product management
You will be working with many different marketing related tasks and responsibilities. You will have a large contact base working with both external partners, different types of agencies and of course internal colleagues across functions and countries. You will be involved in securing that our product portfolio meets the needs of our customers and consumers and that new concepts and product innovations get in the market. You will additionally lead the development and deployment of brand communication for both ATL and BTL and on an ongoing basis secure our marketing budget for the brands are being used in the most efficient way. Examples of your tasks are:
- Drive brand manager tasks:
Development of designs and other communication (e.g. online video and TV commercial)
Development of digital campaigns with focus on SEO and SEM
Development of content plans for social media and tracking performance monthly
Handling communication plans and coordinating with media buyers
Administration of the brand budgets
- Drive Product Management tasks:
Handling of dummies, photos, product datasheets, item number administration, samples
Updating product and packaging according to incoming change requests, e.g. from legislation
You will join our team consisting of 4 people within the wider Butter, Cooking, Cheese & Digital team - all placed in Arla Denmark’s Marketing department. The position is a maternity cover.

- You have master degree, preferably within marketing or equivalent
- Your background has ideally given you a sound business understanding and experience with product management or project management – preferably from an FMCG environment
- Regardless of your background, Danish and English proficiency is a must, just as good cooperating skills and an open and curious mindset
