Help us set new directions and manage your own processes

In collaboration with the procurement marketing team, you will contribute to setting the strategic procurement agenda for marketing and media services in Arla Foods. You will also:

  • manage your own procurement projects and drive efficient processes and negotiations, ensuring that we have a competitive approach all the way from tender to signing of contract. Help set the parameters for the selection of e.g. agencies with a focus on achieving the highest quality at the lowest cost and lowest risk throughout the entire process.

You will have close interaction with your procurement colleagues and stakeholders in the marketing departments of different Arla Business Groups worldwide.

MSc with procurement knowledge and solid communication skills

We know how to recognize talent. We are therefore open to different backgrounds and levels of experience. You may have a commercial degree or the like, perhaps supplemented with experience within procurement or from a marketing department or agency. Maybe you have worked part-time within procurement or marketing whilst studying or have already obtained a year or two of full-time experience. What is important is that you have acquired skills within project management, negotiation and stakeholder management, knowing how to approach and secure buy-in from stakeholders.

This calls for an open mind-set and the ability to level your communication directly to your audience. Possessing these qualities, you master the discipline of developing relations to different stakeholders across cultural borders. Personally, you recognise yourself as a self-propelled candidate with a strong drive and positive attitude. Finally, you have advanced skills in written and spoken English, as you will be in daily contact with the dedicated marketing procurement team situated in Denmark, England and Germany.
