Create the Future
by ensuring that our products can be accurately delivered to our customers on time. As a Production Operative you will be part of a high-performance team both delivering and supporting other functions to meet challenging team and personal goals. As part of this role you will be responsible for running our Separators, and providing our dairy with milk and our Ingredients department with Whey whilst meeting all the daily KPI’s. Working with state of art technology, you will ensure full completion of daily targets whilst maintaining strict Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards within the department. Reporting into the Production Team Leader you will monitor equipment performance and correct / raise issues before they become problems.

It’s a fast-paced site and the role will involve working a 4 on 4 off rotating days and nights shift pattern. So, as well as the joy of avoiding rush hour commutes, you’ll be able to fit your work around your lifestyle.

Grow with Arla
…because we’re committed to professional development, training and promoting from within. Our positive and collaborative culture will bring out the best in you. And you’ll join a market leader who produces nutritious household-favourite brands in a way that makes things better for our customers, the farmers who own us, and the whole world.

Many of our Team Leaders and Managers started as Operatives so this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a global business.

You are
…a motivated team player, who can work on your own initiative and know about supply chain processes and adhere to strict health and safety rules.  It’s therefore vital you can understand and read all signage, and are able to communicate well as our sites run on teamwork.  What’s more, you’re as serious about quality as we are - and ready to work hard to achieve it.

You must also have an excellent record in safety, attendance and punctuality, and knowledge of the proper use of all cleaning chemicals.
