Operations Administration Clerk - Stourton Leeds

We currently have an opportunity for an Administration Clerk to join our team at our National Distribution Centre in Stourton, Leeds. This role will be working a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern from 6am until 6pm. Our NDC is a 24/7 operation distribution 1.4 million cases per week in a coldstore environment.

Key responsibilities  
The role of the Operation Administration Clerk will be to assist with all day to day activities within the site admin function. Stocks & Despatch duties being the main focus area for these roles. Specific responsibilities will include:
Completion of controller delegated admin based duties and tasks, working towards timely achievement of site and team objectives.
Main duties to include: Operational Admin support, Stock management and maintenance of stock integrity, booking and maintenance of goods inbound loads, pick management, key management, VLP’s and loaders/drivers & shunter documentation, processing of returns and housekeeping checks.
Pro-active wastage investigation with all contributing factors and departments.
Close liaisons with on and off site Arla departments, to ensure that information is communicated accurately and in a timely manner.
Data input and ongoing maintenance of SAP master data and all site related records/information.
Production of various departmental KPI reports to monitor and drive improvement of efficiencies.
Continuous improvement and project work involvement as required or requested.
Production of reports, email as and when required.
Ensuring compliance with BRC procedures, site standards and promotion of quality within the department and site functions.
Compliance with all applicable Health & Safety regulations.
All other reasonable requests/ Ad hoc duties as and when required

Skills & Experience 
We are looking for candidates who have previous operational administration experience. You must have excellent organisation and communication skills be IT literate and have great team work skills.
