Arla Foods Norway is the subsidiary of Arla and has significant market positions within several categories on the Norwegian market. We represent well known and strong brands like Apetina® Cooking cheese, Castello® Specialty cheese, Arla® cheese, Starbucks® Iced coffee, Cocio® Chocolate milk and God Morgon® Juice.
In order to achieve our ambitious goals in Norway, we are now looking for a Marketing Manager who develops, drives and implements category strategies with a 12-months to 3 years horizon. You will work at a category-specific level across a portfolio of brands and retail customers ensuring delivery of growth for the category and Arla Foods
The role currently reports to the Country Manager.
You cooperate and focus on results
You will be responsible for the development and delivery of Arla Foods’ category strategy across multiple categories ensuring the business plan is fully aligned to it. You will keep abreast of specific retailer strategies, priorities and key objectives to ensure overall market plans are met in accordance with global strategies. Mainly you will have local responsibility for Apetina and Castello brands owning overall marketing efforts, short and long-term plans incl. marketing budget and P&L.
Your skills are important for success
To be successful in the position it is important that you bring extensive years of relevant experience in FMCG Marketing including people leadership experience. A higher education with focus on marketing / economics is a prerequisite. You will also need good experience in developing campaigns in organizations with strong brands. Good Nielsen knowledge and solid knowledge of the Norwegian media market and especially digital media, are equally essential as business proficient English language skills.
