We are looking for a new colleague in HR information Systems to drive optimisation within the toolbox of HRIS, striving at HR operational excellence across the global Arla organisation.
You will be part of the global HR function and will work together with four HRIS colleagues that focus on optimising of our current system landscape and implementing new tools and functionalities within SAP SuccessFactors, Service Delivery or Reporting & Analytics. Your role will be to look at possibilities within automation across our HR system landscape, and help your colleagues with processes that can be automated.
Furthermore, you will be part of an HR operational transition with focus on automation of the tools and processes that supports the delivery structure across areas like Master Data Management, Payroll, Reporting & Analytics and HR Shared Services in general.
Going for Operational Excellence
Your overall aim will be to support, deliver and optimise efficient and effective HR operational tools to our internal and external stakeholders with key focus areas:
- Partner for HRIS, acting as Global HR Automation Expert
- Shared responsibility for SuccessFactors administration with focus on automation of administrative task
- Automation & Standardisation of current reporting landscape.
- Local and functional support to HR colleagues within our current and future toolbox
- Cross functional alignment within our current robotics initiatives.
The role calls for strong partner skills, as the position will have global responsibilities and drive different activities together with the HR and the IT organisation.
At the same time, the role is part of HR Operations and there will be a portion of support and system maintenance. However, part of the delivery will be to transition support for all relevant systems to the Global Service Delivery organisation in Gdansk, to ensure fast resolutions and excellent support to our customers.

You may have been part of an HR transformation in a large global company as a project manager or within HRIS, and you are now looking for new exciting opportunities and challenges where you can use your experience in optimising existing and new implementations.
We are looking for you, if you:
- Have strong desire to optimise tools and processes with focus and interest in automation and robotics to help improve operational performance.
- Like to work with both systems and people, and have strong understanding of how processes connect the two.
- Have system understanding and insight into cloud solutions and automation
- Are excellent in Excel and know advanced commands, e.g. VBA.
Additionally, it would be an advantage if you had Project Management and Success Factors experience.
As a person, you are proactive and dynamic, you like to solve problems and work in a global fast-paced environment and can exist in a matrix organisation. You are open, have strong communication skills and like to drive results and engage with many stakeholders in different geographies. You thrive in an environment where you need to manage multiple situations simultaneously and stay on top of your tasks even though the pace may be high and the deadlines short. You are flexible, but also able to take a firm stance when the situation requires it. Finally, you have excellent English skills - written as well as spoken.
