Arla operates in a matrix organization and our team provides HR support to the leaders at the dairies producing cheese, butter and milk powder across northern Europe.
Enabling the execution of business strategy
As a valued member of the leadership team of the cheese category heading multiple cheese dairies, you will have reel impact on the business and influence the development and success of the business. You will also be a daily sparring partner to the leadership teams of several Danish dairies supporting and enabling the execution of the business strategy. You will ensure close cooperation with our local HR BP colleagues in the Nordic countries to ensure that we have an aligned service offer to the business. You will be part of the Global Supply Chain HR team in Aarhus where you have colleagues with similar roles giving you the possibility to support and challenge each other when needed.
You will be responsible for local or global HR activities around talent development, workforce mobility and strengthening the functional capabilities as well as leading various HR projects. You are expected to quickly build a solid understanding of the business and translate your insights into organisational solutions and development activities. You will be responsible for implementation and anchoring of key HR processes throughout the organisation’s.
The HR Business Partner organization receives operational HR support from a shared service center and on the operational level your role will only be to guide and help the Line Managers towards the right solutions within people related issues. Overall, you will to a large extent shape your own job and significantly influence the HR function with your initiative and drive.
Solid HR knowledge and strong interpersonal skills
You hold a degree within business, psychology, social science, HRM or an equivalent. You have experience within HR preferable as an HR Business Partner or similar. Your tool box includes facilitation of people processes, coaching of senior leaders, assessing organisational blue prints, people and leadership development, collective agreements etc.

- A high level of energy and result-oriented approach
- The ability to analyze complex matters and translate them into executable solutions
- Self-propelled and able to engage colleagues within a matrix organisation
- High personal integrity and not afraid of taking a stand and create direction
You thrive in a busy environment with a lot of challenges and varying tasks and you are fluent in Danish and English.
