Head of Sales Finance, Aarhus

Our task is to be a progressive sparring partner for the commercial business in the Danish market and create value for customers through gifted analysis and thoughtful impact calculations. The position is based out of our office in Aarhus.

You set direction for a motivated and inspiring team
As Head of Sales Finance you will report to the Head of Finance – Denmark and hold two major roles. One is to lead 9 high performing team members within the Finance management of Sales. In close cooperation with the team members you will secure coherence in and delivery of KPI follow-up, forecasts and analysis for decision-making and drive the price management. Further, you will take lead and participate in various projects addressing strategic challenges or development opportunities for the whole Danish business.

Secondly, you will act as sparring partner for Head of Sales and as such, you will be part of the Sales Leadership team. Additionally you will interact and develop a strong network to multiple stakeholders, incl. country leadership team, European Finance team and the global Finance Leadership team. As Head of Sales Finance, you will actively drive a continuous improvement of our performance culture.

Ambitious, experienced and result-oriented economist
You hold a Master’s degree within Finance and have solid experience from a business-oriented finance function. This is a Senior Manager role so we expect you to be a someone who claims responsibility for delivering world-class performance evaluation to impact the management to make the right decisions. You have leadership experience, a strong financial background and truly understand the business in all aspects of your work. At the same time, you must be able to work and make decisions independently. Besides having operational and strategic acumen, you are able to work with many stakeholders to ensure alignment with the organisation. You communicate concisely in English at an advanced level and are a skilled IT-user.

On a personal level, you are known for your open attitude and personal authority, and you have an excellent ability to show initiative and be forward thinking. Added to this, you possess good communication skills, enabling you to build relations with colleagues and provide constructive sparring at any organisational level.
