Then join Global Rewards at Arla Foods at our headquarters in Aarhus. We are a newly established team responsible for driving and developing Arla Foods’ Corporate Reward Strategy covering all aspects of Reward from developing policies, designing Reward tools to executing existing programs.

As Global Rewards Manager for Arla Foods you will influence the work life conditions for the more than 20,000 colleagues across numerous locations across the globe.

You will be the link between the Reward Strategy and operational excellence
Our aim is to deliver effective, world class and sophisticated solutions within the Reward agenda to help drive the continued success of Arla Foods.

You will participate in the development and implementation of reward procedures, policies and processes and provide key input to the general development of Arla Foods’ Corporate Reward Strategy. Your primary tasks will be: 

  • Supporting and providing specialised advice to the business on Reward matters
  • Participating in cross functional Reward projects
  • Executing specific areas of the Reward agenda (eg. global processes)
  • Performing country benchmarking analysis
  • Performing ad hoc analysis on various Reward elements

HR specialist with vast experience in Reward Management
You hold a degree within HR, Economics or equivalent and your career has provided you with solid experience within Reward Management, preferably from a global organisation. You have strong skills within data management and analysis. Experience with SAP and/or SuccessFactors is seen as a distinct advantage.

You have experience with position evaluation, base salary management, benchmarking and have a thorough knowledge of compensation and benefits elements in general. Finally, you have excellent English skills, both written and spoken.

 As a person you are outgoing and take pride in developing the business in their understanding and application of the Reward elements through presentations, workshops, day-to-day sparring etc. You have a natural sense of urgency and are prepared to walk the extra mile to meet the ambitions of the business.

With your flexible and persistent attitude you build lasting relationships with stakeholders by using your strong drive and personal impact. You work independently as well as in a team and have experience of driving and managing your own projects.
