At Arla, we have created a new global Foodservice Business Unit and are recruiting for our new Foodservice Key Account Director to reach our strategic ambitions within global key accounts.
Take the lead to develop new business
The role is located in our headquarters in Aarhus, reporting to the Head of Foodservice Europe. You will be responsible for developing customer relationships and delivering on our growth agenda with large global Foodservice key accounts. Due to the nature of the role, international travel will be required.
In the first phase, the primary focus will be on delivering on our strategic ambition to grow in the Quick Service Restaurant channel, namely pizza chains, with mozzarella. In the following phase the focus of the role will expand to drive the global Foodservice key account business in selected other channels, customers and categories.
Initially, you will have one Key Account Manager, focusing on global pizza chains primarily with mozzarella, as a direct report.

As a person you are a result driven leader and great at building strong relationships with your customers. You are at your best working with sophisticated global Foodservice customers and have ideally experience working with global pizza chains. You possess strong communication and collaboration skills, as achieving results will require strong cooperation both with customers, local markets as well as other internal stakeholders. You are experienced in working with dairy products and have ideally a strong knowledge specifically about mozzarella.
As an established FMCG commercial professional you hold a commercially orientated Master’s degree or equivalent with 10 years or more of experience. You have a comprehensive experience and track record working with large and sophisticated global customers and have the ability to develop and lead strategic partnerships to drive exceptional commercial results.
