A broad range of tasks strengthening you for your future career within marketing
As the Global Junior Brand Manager for Apetina, you will have the unique opportunity to work with most facets of the marketing discipline: From marketing plan and campaign development – through execution – to post-evaluation. You will be given extensive and diverse responsibilities and will play a key role in supporting the Global Senior Brand Manager in the execution of the Apetina brand strategy. Simultaneously, you will work closely together with our core markets, innovation, product management and our agencies, where you will be instrumental in coordinating activities and securing timely executions.
In overview, your primary tasks will be to:
- Contribute to the global marketing plan, development and execution
- Drive the Global “ALWON content” and digital content calendar
- Lead select innovation projects
- Lead Visual Identity implementation across product portfolio
- Track and analyse performance
- Assist local markets with brand marketing activities and support
- Coordinate select brand projects and liaise across functions and various stakeholders
You need to be able to work independently, have a strong drive, and possess the determination to become a specialist on certain processes and tasks in order to proactively keep an overview of the many marketing projects. You will participate in projects of varying sizes and complexities – and you thrive in a role where you must juggle many tasks simultaneously, so good project management skills are an advantage. A can-do-attitude and positive spirit are natural personal traits.
Meticulous with good collaboration skills
You hold a marketing or business-oriented degree at master’s level. This is topped with 1 to 3 years of experience either within brand management or digital communication. Here it is important that you have a strong track record on project leadership skills. As most of your successes presuppose buy-in from your stakeholders, you must excel at structuring your communication in a logical and convincing way.
Regardless of your background, you are meticulous, have an eye for detail and approach work in a very structured way. Your ability to make the right priorities is excellent, and you never compromise on quality and timely delivery, even when the pace is high and deadlines are tight. English proficiency is a must as well as good cooperation skills.
