About the Internship
In Arla we are constantly on a transformation journey to improve our ways of working to maximize the value we create for our farmer-owners. Currently a large focus area for the European organization and ADK is a cross-functional project which will fundamentally change the information available for commercial decision making and thus largely impact our ways of working. The main project delivery is an IT platform accommodating increased data availability and quality of our commercial trade spend. The project will be implemented stepwise in the European organization and the first delivery in ADK is scheduled to go live in June 2020.
The core focus of the Internship will be to support the successful implementation of the project in ADK through tasks such as:
- Support the implementation of the project by securing best-practice roll-out in close collaboration with other EU markets.
- Ensure that ADK Finance achieves full potential of the project deliveries.
Dependent on the timing of the project the role will also include other financial responsibilities such as:
- Overall financial performance reporting.
- Supporting the business planning process.
- Supporting the financial forecasting process.
You will primarily support your hiring manager and the dedicated ADK Finance resource in the project, but you will work with a broad range of stakeholders in ADK Finance and the rest of the organization.
Who are you?
We offer an internship in a young and ambitious team of 13 colleagues where you can expand your business knowledge and develop your personal skills.
As intern you will get the chance to develop a solid knowledge of a commercial finance department in Arla Foods. Furthermore, your skills within a broad range of tasks will be tested.
The candidate must be studying a master’s degree within finance, management accounting or the like. Furthermore, the candidate must possess strong analytical skills and an outspoken mindset. Great skills in Excel and PowerPoint are a must.
As you will be supporting a global project and interacting with stakeholders outside the Danish organization profound English skills are also required.
