Are you ready to leave your mark on the International Distributor Sales organisation, do you want to develop Arla’s business prospects within a highly commercial Distributor Sales region? We are looking for a new Export Manager to handle selected markets within the Latin Americas cluster. You will report to the Senior Manager for the LATAM area.

International sales activities – and multiple opportunities for you

We focus on selling Arla’s well-known global brands within cheese, butter, milk, cream and milk powder - both in retail and in food service. As the title indicates, you will manage and be responsible for best-in-class sales in our export markets. You render solid commercial backup and perform activities that build our brands and support sales targets. In close cooperation with our distributors you plan sales activities and prepare exact forecasts, provide price calculations and plan orders. You will have broad and daily contact with distributors and customers all over LATAM, and their level of satisfaction is the measure of your success.

FMCG experience and a business background

You are a pioneering figure who thrives on working under absolutely productive conditions.  Being in a market that foresees immense growth prospects challenges and fascinates you. You have a high-level education and specialisation within business administration, commerce or an equivalent area complemented with a couple of years’ experience exporting FMCG and trading products. Moreover, you are comfortable manoeuvring in an international and multi-cultural setting where the social, cultural and working standards are quite different from what you are used to. This calls for personal integrity and a strong sense of occasion combined with the ability to interpret different cultures. Lastly, you must be proficient in written and spoken English, have business level Spanish and you have good financial and IT skills.
