Support the CHRO and his leadership team
In this position, you will serve both as a trusted assistant and gate keeper to the CHRO as well as acting as an advisor for a range of projects and strategic tasks. This is an international role where you collaborate with a number of senior stakeholders in a complex setup spanning across the global Arla business – and might be a stepping stone to your future career. The position is based at our Head Office in Aarhus.
This is a fast paced and demanding job in a dynamic environment, where you will handle a number of tasks, such as:
- Shape the agenda and materials for leadership meetings and performance review meetings including driving follow up of action log from key meetings
- Prepare presentations and make ad hoc analyses for e.g. employee meetings, KPI meetings and country visits
- Provide support on business development and strategy projects, driving and keeping track on strategy execution, including monitoring and reporting to the CHRO on strategic mandates
- Help reach the performance goals by motivating and engaging employees and collaboration partners
- Manage calendar and emails as well as coordinating business trips

You are capable of solving complex problems while paying attention to the details and you are comfortable working closely with the top management and key stakeholders. You are skilled using all Microsoft Office products, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Further, you embrace and encourage more digital ways of collaborating between colleagues.
You hold a Bachelor’s degree as a minimum and have several years proven experience as an Executive PA in a large, international organisation. Alternatively, we welcome interest from people with some of the above skills, who have relevant experience from a business environment and are now looking to move their career on to the next level. This position will give you a high degree of exposure so it is important that you have supported and advised senior stakeholders, as well as worked on projects of your own.
You must be a fluent communicator in English.
