We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Co-ordinator to work within our Customer Service team based at our head office in Leeds. Within this role you will be responsible for the delivery of customer order satisfaction and accurate, on time service related information both internally and externally.
Within this role you will be the first point of contact in the business for order satisfaction and service related information. You will ensure that all orders are processed accurately within the agreed parameters whilst supporting the Customer Service Team when dealing with all aspects of order satisfaction.
Developing a greater understanding of customer requirements and build collaborative working relationships both internally with the commercial team, you will also liaise closely with external bodies such as the retailers, foodservice groups, dairies and credit control. You will perform timely administration in accordance with departmental procedures to ensure consistent and accurate internal and external reporting to meet measured targets in terms of calls processed, data input accuracy, and issue logging.
To be successful in this role you will have significant experience in a Customer Service environment. You will be fully conversant in Microsoft Office with the ability to use Excel and Word to an intermediate level. Ideally you will also have experience of Lotus Notes and Sales based order processing and EDI Systems. Personal organisation, time management and supervisory skills are key to this role. You will be a good relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
