Make innovation happen and drive revenue growth for Arla Foods Denmark
As Concept Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving selected projects, as well as developing long-term pipelines. You will collaborate with colleagues in the category team to jointly prioritise projects. And you will engage with various stakeholders to drive development through a structured innovation process that results in new products on Danish retail shelves. With an in-depth understanding of the dairy landscape, you will anticipate consumers’ current and future needs and operate with agility to create value for consumers, shoppers, customers and Arla Foods. Your strong commercial mindset will help you make decisions that drive maximum value for all key stakeholders.

You have a university degree, and from your time spent in an FMCG environment, youunderstand consumer insights and know how to uncover them. You have vision and passion, project management experience and know how to drive projects through a large corporate system. You have a strong business mind and are able to use crucial marketing and financial levers to drive maximum value for the business.

This is a job with a limited contract period of 10 months (maternity cover), starting ideally in August/September 2017.
