Make innovation happen and drive revenue growth for Arla Foods Denmark
As Commercial Innovation Manager you’ll be responsible for driving selected projects as well as developing long-term pipelines. You will anticipate consumers’ current and future needs and operate with agility to create new value for consumers, shoppers, customers and Arla Foods. You will collaborate with other innovation colleagues and in our category teams to jointly prioritise projects. And you will engage with and influence various stakeholders to drive development through a structured innovation process that results in new products on Danish retail shelves. Your strong commercial mindset will help you make decisions that drive maximum value for all key stakeholders.

You have a university degree, and you understand consumer insights and know how to uncover them. You have vision and drive, project management experience and are able to move projects through a large corporate system. You have a strong commercial mindset and are able to use crucial marketing and financial levers to drive maximum value for business growth.
