Performance and execution

Arla Foods Ingredients (AFI) are on a 20+ year growth journey delivering double-digit CAGR over the last 5-6 years. The Commercial Excellence team is playing a key role in providing the structure for continued revenue and EBIT growth (i.e. CRM system, KAM structure, Commercial Reporting and more). You will step into a dedicated 4-5 person team and immediately head up several cross-functional projects that require great people/stakeholder management skills as well as the analytical capacity to scope, prioritize and drive projects to deliver tangible business value.

High performer with a motivating approach

Regardless of your professional and educational background, you can demonstrate a track record of successfully driving business process improvements across various functional areas in larger organizations. Although you will not have formal people manager responsibilities, you must be able to build commitment and motivation among your peers, colleagues and management on a daily basis. If you are not a Bachelor or Master of Sales, Commerce or have a similar education, you use your 5+ years’ practical experience to document comparable in-depth knowledge about business strategy and project management in an international business environment. If you bring B-t-B experience it would be an additional benefit.

You are able to take ownership and navigate among different views and agendas towards best-in-class performance and you use your great communication and networking skills in the ongoing cooperation with our organization (Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain etc.)
