Category Finance Business Partner, Stockholm

As our Finance Business Partner you will work within the Swedish finance organisation in Stockholm, supporting our entire category assortment, collaborating with both category and sales business divisions. You will report to the CFO of our Swedish Business and will be part of a category finance team of two, working closely with our team of Sales finance business partners. If you are enthusiastic, analytical, business oriented and dare to challenge, this could be the right challenge for you.

Help shaping business decisions

In this position you will be the business controller and support in finance business partnering to our Category Director MY (Milk and Yoghurt), and our Category Director CBC (Cheese, BSM (Butter, Spreads and Margarines), and Cooking). You will support and guide the category team in business planning for our brands and categories. You create transparency around marketing investment and support and challenge in business cases for new product developments. Another vital part in your role is running forecasting and follow-up of the business unit overhead costs and presenting the results to the management team.

Analyst with drive and commercial insight

You hold a Bachelor or Master in Business and Economics or similar. You combine your degree with 2-4 years of proven successful experience from a business control position, preferably within an FMCG company. You have a good understanding of business and financial analysis, profit follow-up and the ability to handle and interpret large quantities of data in Excel. Fluent English is a requirement and Scandinavian proficiency is a recommendation. IT skills – full proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint is a requirement, If you have knowledge of accounting standards and SAP you will probably find your job easier and it will be a merit.
