Do you want to spend 12 months being part of our project, where you are driving change in ways of working within Arla dairies?

If you can answer yes to these questions, then you could be the right candidate to join our ordering transformation project in Arla Foods for a 12 month period, starting asap.

Procurement in Arla is undergoing a change in our ways of working. We are implementing “One way of purchasing” throughout our core markets. 
We have rolled out one IT tool for indirect purchases, and we are now preparing for our pilot in October, to roll out our way of purchasing in our ERP system where we purchase packaging, ingredients, and spare parts. Further roll out will require a talented business change manager, to prepare the business for the change.

You will join procurement in this change project, with other colleagues located primarily in Denmark, but also some in Sweden, Germany and UK.

Plan and drive change

Your main task will be to lead and ensure professional change management execution.

A vital key to your success will depend on your ability to influence all levels in the organization while explaining and negotiating in favor of the change agenda. Additionally, you are able to work and quickly adapt to an ever changing business environment, as well as you are experienced in project participation.

In overview your primary tasks will be to:

  • Foster general understanding and awareness of the need for business change.
  • Lead a large change management initiative and ensure professional change management execution.
  • Initiate change management plans with clearly defined requirements, and execute/oversee execution of the change plan.
  • Ensure appropriate training and knowledge transfer for all key stakeholders.

You are expected to travel approx. 5-10 days per month to meet colleagues and partners within Europe.

We will support you with an Arla set of Change Management tools, access to a change management community as well as we will onboard you via the project team.

Change management professional with high level of drive and communication skills

There are numerous angles to qualify for the position.

Best case, your career has provided you with several years of experience from driving Business Change Management programs within procurement or IT.

However, you could also be highly experienced with procurement or IT, and have a passion and drive to deliver on the change agenda, being an experienced stakeholder manager, very influential, trustworthy and understanding the principles of natural change behavior, and how to navigate and drive the change in such an environment.

As such, you are fully capable of ensuring a strong focus on planning, the right coordination, genuine change leadership, relevant communication and training as well as excellent stakeholder management skills. In addition, you know your way around a global organization and you are an expert in addressing organizational, tactical, strategic and executive level in the organization.

On the personal level you are a great networker and communicator of complex topics, and you are not afraid to get operational when needed. You are a fast learner at you are eager to learn new things.

Finally, you must be good at English and a Scandinavian language, spoken and written.
