In order to get the best and most in depth insight into your compatibility with Arla Foods you will go through different assessment elements. The recruitment process includes elements such as a Logiks test, a video interview, a Skype interview and a surprise element. This year, we will not host an assessment center but instead, this year's summer interns will experience some cool kick-off days at our new Innovation Center which will also be the start of your project.
