Our Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process is designed to identify your potential to become one of our F15® Graduates while also helping you decide if Arla Foods is the perfect match for you.

To make sure that we make the right choices, we invest a lot of time and effort in selecting the right candidates. It is important to us that you experience an efficient process and that you are always aware of the next step and given appropriate feedback all the way through.

In order to get the best and most in-depth insight into your compatibility with Arla Foods, you will go through different assessment elements. The recruitment process includes elements such as a problem solving and personality testing, video-based interviews and lastly a final assessment face-to-face with some of Arla Foods’ leaders where you’ll be able to shine throughout several different types of assessments.

You will learn more about each step in the process along the way as we get closer and closer to finding our next batch of extraordinary F15s.
