The GROW Programme is designed to give you valuable working experience within the first years of your career. You can look forward to having two years with hard work, demanding tasks, and tremendous development. If you have the right talent, we will gladly offer you a permanent contract starting January 2nd 2018. After the programme you either continue in your role or find other opportunities within Arla globally.
You will start with an introductory period that provides you with an important foundation of business knowledge. Afterwards you’ll follow one of the tracks below, consisting of one 11 month rotation and one 12 month rotation:
- GROW Finance
In Finance you will be involved in economics and the advanced way we drive our financial performance. The second year you will be allocated to Customer Logistics. Here, you will develop logistics agreements with customers and participate in optimisation projects in our distribution setup.
- GROW Marketing
You will learn to produce, develop and launch new products and how to manage products, brands and full categories such as yoghurt, cheese and cooking.
- GROW Sales
In the Sales Development you will work with Sales Excellence and projects to optimise our sales function. In addition, you will be an Associate Key Account Manager and work directly with customers to create category growth in one of our Customer teams.
What happens when the programme ends?
The contract you receive when entering the Arla GROW programme is not limited to the duration of the programme. You simply continue in your function after the 2 years or have the opportunity to relocate to other parts of Arla globally based on business needs, competencies and personal desires.
