Buko® Provence cream cheese
The myth of the cream cheese behind Buko® The myth of the cream cheese behind Buko®
The history of BUKO cream cheese
The first Buko® cream cheese product was unveiled in 1932, when the company of the same name was founded in Copenhagen.
The International classic Buko® RejeOst cream cheese was the first cheese to be produced, but in 1952 was followed by the, soon to be, well-known cream cheeses Buko® Pikant and Buko® Naturel
The most recent Buko® cream cheese product to be developed was the Buko® Yogurt family, where the fat is reduced by 50% compared to the standard Buko® cream cheese.
Over the last 60 years Buko® cream cheese has evolved to become the most dominant brand of cream cheese in Denmark. Buko® products are proudly manufactured in the Holstebro, Birkum and Vrinners dairy.
