The myth of the cream cheese behind Buko® The myth of the cream cheese behind Buko®
The history of BUKO cream cheese
The first Buko® cream cheese product was unveiled in 1932, when the company of the same name was founded in Copenhagen.
The starting point for production was processed cheese, the International classic Buko® RejeOst cream cheese, but already in 1952 the production of the famous cream cheese Buko ® Pikant, Buko ® Naturel, etc. began.
Last hand on the tiller of Buko® cream cheese products are Buko® Yogurt, where the fat is cut in half compared to the parent product.
Buko® cream cheese has since the start of just 60 years ago evolved to become the dominant brand in cream cheese in Denmark. Buko® products are manufactured at Holstebro, Birkum and Vrinners dairy.CalibriVerdanaCheckCalibriVerdanaCheckCalibriVerdanaCheckCalibriVerdanaCheckCalibriVerdanaCheckCalibriVerdanaCheck
