Butter & Spreads

Butter is a dairy product made by churning fresh cream and is typically used as a spread or in cooking applications. When butter is blended with vegetable oil, spreadability directly from the fridge is obtained.

The Arla portfolio covers among others Arla Kærgården® in Denmark and Germany and Anchor® in UK. Lurpak®, owned by the Danish Dairy Board, is the largest butter brand in the world.
