Butterdane’s trophy for the best butter quality was won once again by Holstebro Dairy.

Last year, Holstebro achieved the highest average marks at the weekly quality assessments of Lurpak.

During the year, Holstebro Dairy achieved an average mark of 12.49 points on the quality assessment scale where marks exceeding 12 denote exemplary quality.

At the same time, the weighted average mark for all Lurpak butter increased by 0.2 points compared to the previous year to 12.39 – the highest average ever.

In the packaging category, Hirtshals Dairy won the first prize.
