On Friday May 14, the whole of Denmark will be celebrating when Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark marries Miss Mary Donaldson from Australia.

During the week of the wedding, Arla Foods will celebrate the day by launching a new type of ”wedding” milk carton to replace the traditional one.

The Arla Foods-owned Karolines Kitchen is also contributing to the festivities with a recipe for a light and airy heart-shaped wedding cake covered in marzipan and decorated with pink roses, with a creamy strawberry filling with crunched almonds.
