Currently market leader within so-called top-cups and muesli for the dairy industry, Crispy Food is based in Gørlev, Denmark and has an annual turnover of approx. DKK 65 million. The company employs 56 people. "Crispy Food is being sold because we want to focus more on our core business. We're delighted to sell to Koff, and we are confident that they will carry on the future development of the business," says Arla Foods' Vice CEO Povl Krogsgaard. Crispy Food also produces the muesli top-cups for Arla Foods' Mini Meals. The new owner, Koff A/S, the holding company for Kohberg Bread A/S, has a turnover of approx.
