A management team comprising eight directors and eight operating divisions will form the backbone of the structure of the new Arla Foods' group. Headed by MD Foods' Managing Director, Jens Bigum, as Managing Director of the merged group with Arla's Åke Modig as Deputy Managing Director, the specific responsibilities of the Group's Executive Directors will be decided at a later stage.
In addition to Jens Bigum and Åke Modig the Group's Executive Directors will consist of Finn Bitsch and Bengt Mårtensson from Arla and Ole Willemann, Kim Nielsen, Andreas Lundby and Povl Krogsgaard from MD Foods.
