What a cream:  left to right, Shahid Ali, Paul Peer and Michael Hullah with fresh alcohol cream at Leeds Dairy.

The fortnight leading up to Christmas is one of the year’s busiest for Arla Foods’ UK dairies as demand for cream soars.
By tradition, mince pies, Christmas puddings, trifles and sauces all require lashings of cream.
During November, Leeds dairy produced more than half a million pots of speciality fresh cream laced with rum, cognac, Cointreau, Tia Maria or Amaretto. Ideal for a festive cup of coffee.
